By attending the event, each participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.****

****Anyone visiting Nichols Ranch and Orchards by entering the property agrees to waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Nichols Ranch, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents from liability from any and all claims including negligence of Nichols Ranch resulting in personal injury, accidents, illness, death, and/or property loss arising from, but not limited to, individual use and/or participation in activities, events, U-Pick fruit harvesting, tours, observation, and use of facilities, premises, orchards, or equipment at Nichols Ranch or Nichols Ranch organized events.****
